I was a paramedical Aesthetician for fourteen years, seven of which I owned my own business. I always loved real estate and when I married the military eight years ago, I really got a taste for it. In the past eight years we have moved four times. During that time we have bought, sold, rented and leased real estate along with dabbling in flips. My son’s birth four years ago made an ideal time for a career change. My husband became a part time real estate agent three years ago and I went full time last year.
I bring a very unique set of experiences to my work. I know what it is like to buy, sell, rent and lease real estate. Whatever your real estate situation, I have probably been there. I know what it is like to move great distances and the challenges and concern those types of moves present. My background as an Aesthetician and business owner mean I understand customer service. As all small business owners know, it takes an uncommon drive to run a successful small business. I bring that drive to every real estate transaction. Additionally my artisan background helps me identify the Aesthetic benefits of your home. I do staging and staging consultation work upon request and the testimonies of some of my past clients are the best reflection of my work. A former client, Ann Merle, from Cazenovia, NY said I have a way of making everything beautiful by drawing the eye toward a home’s strengths and away from any imperfections it may have. Ann had a niche, unique property and she was having some trouble finding a buyer. She credits my staging with helping to get the property sold.
If you are searching for a driven, creative, and talented real estate agent who will put your best interests first, then I am the agent for you. I am not your typical real estate agent and that is my biggest strength.
